1. You own the land
A registered plot is titled in your name on the official 7/12 land record. It is your asset, fully.
2. We grow the orchard
Bapus Agronomy plants and manages a UHDP mango orchard on your plot — irrigation, nutrition, pruning, pest care, harvesting — under a transparent management agreement.
3. The harvest is shared
Each season’s fruit is shared on agreed terms. Take it home as season boxes, or route your share to market. Either way, you receive a documented harvest report.
4. You can exit
Because you hold a registered title, you can sell or transfer your plot. We also maintain a resale waitlist across estates.
